TERMS & SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Draft for owner and legal review before publication.

This page provides general business terms and is not legal advice.

(1) Scope and Acceptance

Use of the site and acceptance of written proposals or confirmations govern all services provided by Meridian Aerographic Works.

(2) Quotes, Starting Prices, and Payment

Website prices are starting estimates; final price depends on acreage, complexity, airspace, access, travel, deliverables, processing, recurrence, and turnaround. Written proposals identify deposits and payment terms. Taxes and fees may apply where applicable.

(3) Mission Requests and Scheduling

Submissions and consultation bookings are not confirmed flights; confirmation follows review of scope, airspace, weather, lawful access, safety, travel, and deliverables.

(4) Weather, Airspace, Safety, and Rescheduling

Operations may be delayed, modified, or canceled as needed for lawful or safe operation. Meridian will coordinate a practical replacement window when possible.

(5) Client Responsibilities

Clients provide accurate site details, lawful permissions and access, information about hazards, relevant contacts, intended use, deadlines, and authority to share uploaded materials.

(6) Deliverables and Revisions

Meridian provides only the items listed in the written scope. File types, resolution, coordinate information, processing, annotations, storage, delivery timing, and any included revisions are confirmed before flight.

(7) Professional Service Boundaries

Meridian Aerographic Works provides aerial imagery, photogrammetry, mapping, visual documentation, and informational data products. Services do not constitute licensed land surveying, engineering, architectural, code-compliance, structural, thermal, electrical, environmental, appraisal, or other regulated professional conclusions unless separately performed and sealed by an appropriately licensed professional. Deliverable suitability and accuracy depend on mission design, site conditions, control, visibility, equipment, processing, and intended use.

(8) Volume and Measurement Estimates

Any volume or measurement outputs are approximate informational results and not certified quantities.

(9) Client Use

Clients should use deliverables only for the agreed purpose and obtain review by an appropriately licensed professional where required.

(10) Intellectual Property and License

The client receives the agreed usage rights to deliverables after payment; Meridian retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, and templates; and that Meridian does not gain rights to use client materials in marketing unless separately consented in writing.

(11) Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations, postponements, and changes are governed by the written quote or proposal, and that scope changes may affect price and schedule.

(12) No Guarantee of Availability or Results

Meridian does not promise universal accuracy, specific outcomes, authorization, or uninterrupted site availability.

(13) Limitation of Liability

Meridian’s liability is subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

(14) Third-Party Platforms and Links

Services and the site may rely on third-party platforms and links. Meridian is not responsible for their content or practices.

(15) Changes and Contact

Meridian may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. For questions, please direct users to the Contact page on this site.
